Job Description:
KRM Ayurveda is looking for an MD Panchakarma Doctor in New Delhi to assist in clinical documentation, patient evaluation, and maintaining electronic health records (EHR). This role is ideal for candidates with an Ayurveda background, strong analytical skills, and a passion for patient care.
Responsibilities:
Listen to and comprehend recorded patient-physician interactions.
Develop an impression of the clinical condition and document the patient's history, examination findings, and treatment plan.
Create highly structured clinical notes in a standardized format, including history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, assessment details, and treatment plan.
Populate and maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Ensure documentation quality aligns with medical norms and physician preferences.
Stay updated on clinical knowledge and Panchakarma treatments.
Review and approve clinical notes after physician edits.
Collaborate with training and quality teams to enhance documentation efficiency.
Share best practices and contribute to a knowledge repository for training purposes.
Requirements:
MD in Ayurveda (Panchakarma specialization preferred).
Freshers can apply (experience in Panchakarma treatments is a plus).
Good communication skills and ability to comprehend medical terminology.
Basic computer proficiency with good typing speed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high documentation accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
