The Transplant Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing organ transplantation. This includes coordinating the evaluation, pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care of transplant patients. The Transplant Coordinator will work closely with the transplant team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure that all aspects of the transplant process are managed efficiently and effectively.
