Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Medical Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the medical field.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

- Identify and prospect new customers, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our medical products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing) is preferred.

- Proven track record in medical sales or related field.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, medical terminology, and medical products.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
