VerGo Pharma Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our team in Goa. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of finished products and raw materials by conducting detailed analysis, particularly using HPLC and GC techniques. You will be involved in method validation, instrument calibration, and the maintenance of quality standards across various processes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct HPLC analysis for finished products and raw materials to ensure they meet the required quality standards at VerGo Pharma Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.
- Perform method validation and transfer activities to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including HPLC and GC, ensuring that all instruments are calibrated and qualified correctly.
- Carry out raw material sampling and analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Support lab activities, including the calibration of equipment, qualification, and standard maintenance.
- Use LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software to manage lab workflows, data documentation, and process tracking.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and quality control guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and R&D, to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality control protocols and laboratory best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HPLC and GC analysis, including finished product and raw material analysis.
- Strong understanding of method validation and transfer activities in a quality control setting.
- Proficient in handling HPLC and GC instruments for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with LIMS software for managing laboratory data and processes.
- Knowledge of instrument calibration, qualification, and maintenance of standards.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail in executing quality control tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring timely results.
