Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager/ Center Head to join our team in Satara, Maharashtra. Job Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development:

• Formulate and propose marketing strategies for the branch in alignment with corporate policy.
• Execute planned marketing activities such as workshops, camps, patient education programs, and lifestyle management initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to organize and conduct medical camps regularly, providing feedback on revenue generation.
• Submit weekly progress reports to management on implemented activities and statistics.

Operations:

• Regularly update the daily walk-around sheet.
• Monitor and manage branch expenses within budget without compromising customer service.
• Prepare annual budgets for the branch in consultation with SCH/Medical Directors.
• Adhere to hospital safety norms for both patients and staff.
• Ensure all employees are trained in quality systems.
• Monitor and report on adverse events within the branch to the clinical board.
• Track material consumption and maintain monthly reports.
• Oversee the OT management system regularly.

Feedback System:

• Handle patient grievances and provide routine feedback to management.
• Interact with floor managers/counselors and collect feedback daily.
• Conduct morning meetings to review collected feedback with Head Operations/SCH.
• Maintain congenial relations with patients by reaching out to those who provided negative feedback.
• Conduct regular reviews with doctors.

Patient Relationship Management - PRM:

• Take responsibility for the Front Office area, attending to patients, attenders, and guests by understanding their needs and providing quality service.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Reception, OP Registration, Doctor Appointments, and coordination of outpatient area activities.
• Interact with patients and attenders, clarifying doubts and queries.
• Monitor investigative areas to avoid delays and provide explanations when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and availability of resources in the OPD area.
• Implement consistent follow-up procedures for advised surgeries.
• Coordinate with the main hospital (Tertiary Centre).
