We're actively seeking dedicated professionals to fill positions in our Hematology Department across multiple locations, including Hyderabad (Habsiguda, Madinaguda), Nellore, Tirupati, and Hanumakonda.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly assess the adequacy of samples for testing, including checks for haemolysis and lipaemia.
- Accurately prepare comprehensive reports for a range of tests conducted.
- Diligently label and verify the identity and quality of samples received.
- Maintain the accuracy and correctness of results by strictly adhering to defined standard operating procedures, calibration, quality control, and personnel training.
- Ensure compliance with all procedural protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MLT/DMLT/Bsc-MLT qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in Hematology, preferably in fully automated environments.
- Mandatory registration with TS/AP Paramedical board.
