With hands-on experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA based Automation, and Field Instrumentation, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Automation for project activities, including erection, commissioning, and management of site contracting activities in coordination with vendors.
- Review and ensure accurate basis of Design, Piping and Instrumentation diagrams, Data sheets, IO List, Index, BOQ, and Layouts.
- Evaluate technical offers, initiate supplier enquiries, and prepare comprehensive Techno-Commercial Evaluations.
- Support calibration, installation, and commissioning of PLC/SCADA/DCS/Instruments.
- Prepare and manage budgets, orders, material receipt tracking, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate and supervise contractor manpower for onsite execution, reviewing Cable & Cable Tray Schedule, Hardware BOQ, and Consumables requirements.
- Prepare, review, and execute protocol and test cases for computerized system Qualification - Validation documentation.
- Gain expertise in the automation stack and assist with L2 integration.
- Execute DCS system, including programming, ensuring compliance with HSE, cGMP, and other relevant regulations.
