Job Description:
We are looking for a Research Scientist - R&D Formulation (ophthalmic dosage) to join our team at FDC in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing new ophthalmic dosage forms, as well as conducting research and development activities related to the development of new ophthalmic dosage forms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, including formulation, analytical chemistry, and biopharmaceutics. The successful candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and test new ophthalmic dosage forms
• Conduct research and development activities related to the development of new ophthalmic dosage forms
• Analyze data and interpret results
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment
• Follow established safety protocols
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sciences, including formulation, analytical chemistry, and biopharmaceutics
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
